When deciding what action to take, we often focus on the smaller (easier to complete) items first. This is generally a mistake.
Focus on completing the most important
and/or time-sensitive items first.
Check the items off your calendar as you complete each one of them. Completing insignificant items while ignoring or delaying the completion of more important and/or time-sensitive items is a failure to prioritize properly.
